A DATING EXERCISE FOR WOMEN WHO KNOW WHAT THEY WANT
THE ALIGNMENT
CHECK
In dating, most women are very clear about what they want in a partner.
Far fewer take an honest look at what kind of woman that man is likely to prefer and how they are currently showing up.
This workbook is not about self-criticism or lowering your standards.
It’s about clarity and moving with intention.
When what you want, who you are, and how you live begin to align,
dating becomes less confusing, less frustrating, and far more effective.
This is not “pick me” behavior. This is strategy and self-respect.
You are taking partnership seriously and positioning yourself accordingly.
Think of it this way:
You wouldn’t apply for a role you weren’t remotely qualified for,
and then feel offended when you weren’t chosen.
You would either upskill, reassess the role, or reassess your positioning.
Dating works the same way.
Who this workbook is for
I work with women who are thoughtful, capable, and serious about building meaningful lives and relationships.
This worksheet reflects how I approach dating and partnership in my coaching work:
with clarity, honesty, and respect for reality.
It is not about manifesting, pretending, or contorting yourself to be chosen.
It’s about understanding what you want, how you actually live, and where you're aligned or misaligned.
Some of the questions may feel confronting. That’s intentional.
This workbook is not meant to judge or diminish you, but
to help you move through dating with agency, self-respect, and eyes wide open.
